Can I postpone the move date?

Yes, if the move date is postponed, please call us and let us know the new move date.

Are my goods insured?

In any case! If there is any damage to the removal goods, our insurance will take care of it.

Will my furniture be well packed?

We always have enough blankets and straps to ensure that your goods are transported properly. For high-value goods, we can also offer you a wrapping or packing service.

Was ist, wenn ich vergessen habe ein paar Güter anzugeben?

That shouldn't be a problem either. After the contract has been signed, we can still adapt the list of removal goods. Simply give us a call and let us know which additional goods you would like to take with you and we will take care of it for you.

How do I pay?

The payment method can be discussed individually and personally. If you do not have the possibility to pay the full amount, we can offer you a partial payment in 2-3 instalments.
